Wesley McKinney is a Chicago musician and teacher as well as the lead singer of Validity (@WeAreValidity). After losing his voice after playing a few gigs, he sought out help from opera sensations Harold and Sandy Meers. Under their guidance McKinney has learned and demonstrated solid technique in a pop/rock setting. Whether giving one on one voice lessons or being the vocal judge for high school vocal competitions, McKinney loves helping people find their true voice!

Kelsey Burd hails from the cornfields of Washington, IL. At age 10, her mom sought out voice lessons for Kelsey because she just wouldn’t stop singing and giving concerts to anyone who would listen. In the spring of 2015, Kelsey moved to Chicago and joined the cast of Chicago’s longest running Broadway musical, Million Dollar Quartet, portraying Elvis’ girlfriend, Dyanne; the only female role in the show. Most recently, Kelsey was seen playing the iconic role of the Witch in Into the Woods at Metropolis Performing Arts Centre. Her nerdy fascination and commitment to vocal health has continued to serve Kelsey in her work as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and group fitness coach in Chicago, where she instructs other trainers how to best use their voices to motivate and inspire!
