DPELC Founders Agreement Workshop
Presented by Northwestern Pritzker School of Law’s Donald Pritzker Entrepreneurship Law Center

It is an important step to put a written founders agreement in place. This agreement documents the deal among the co-founders on many important decisions, including equity split and control. Without a founders agreement, it may be difficult for founders to resolve disagreements in the future and ventures may stumble or ultimately fail. In this workshop, we will discuss the importance of these agreements and certain key terms that founder should consider including.
