The Wonda VR team will select 15 applicants to be part of one of the five competing teams. Each team will be attributed a complete 360° shooting kit and a Wonda VR demo license.
This original hackathon concept invites creative content makers to write, shoot, edit, and distribute a Cinematic VR experience in less than 48 hours! Using a proven workshop methodology coupled with both the use of innovative software and tools and an award-winning team of experts, The hackathon aims at empowering a diverse community of creatives to explore the future of cinema in VR.
Teams will participate in a two-day event to create VR films with the French startup Wonda VR. The projects will be introduced by the teams during the Immersive Tech Summit on April 29 afternoon at 2112. They will also be available for anyone to view on Wonda VR Mobile App (iOS, Android, GearVR) the same day.
