As entrepreneurs we know that work-life balance is a fairy tale. Rather than attempting to “balance” our lives and creative and business endeavors, let’s align the results we want to our values instead. In order to do that, we need to set better boundaries. What do better boundaries look like? It starts with communicating with clarity. When we make requests and can say no or yes with ease, we clear the path to what we want for our businesses and our lives.
